Job Description
- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with prior experience in lead generation, outbound calling, B2B sales, and client handling. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to identify potential clients, initiate contact, and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate quality leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and pitch relevant services
- Drive B2B sales through structured follow-ups and presentations
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and ensure regular updates in CRM
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client requirements smoothly
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in lead generation, outbound sales, and B2B client management
- Preferred Industry Background: IT Services, Real Estate, or Digital Marketing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms.
