We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competition.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in business development or sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
