Job Description

  • Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online research
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their hiring needs
  • Pitch recruitment and staffing solutions and convert leads into clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team for timely delivery of candidates
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 2–7 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment or HR services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
