Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition & Management:
  2. Identify and engage with potential clients in the US staffing industry.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  4. Negotiate and close business agreements with clients to achieve revenue targets.
  5. Revenue Generation:
  6. Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  7. Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, proposal preparation, and deal closure.
  8. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
  9. US Staffing Expertise:
  10. Leverage experience in US staffing processes to understand client requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
  11. Stay updated on the latest developments in the US staffing industry, compliance, and hiring trends.
  12. Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
  13. Networking and Relationship Building:
  14. Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand the client base.
  15. Build rapport with decision-makers and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
  16. Reporting & Analysis:
  17. Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and revenue metrics.
  18. Provide insights and recommendations to improve business strategies and operations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3-6 years) in business development within the US staffing industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of US staffing practices, including tax terms (W2, 1099, and C2C) and recruitment processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a competitive environment.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts aligning with US time zones.
  • Goal-oriented, with a proven track record of revenue generation.
