Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
80% Sales:
• Attends Pre-Bid Meetings
• Searches Lead Publications to identify new opportunities
• Coordinating the proposal development process
• Scheduling and facilitating pursuit win strategy meetings, proposal kick-off meetings, and other related
activities, establishing timelines and deadlines
• Reviews RFP and bid/qualifications request documents so that client requirements are clearly
understood
• Works with assigned Manager of Strategic Partnerships to prepare the Proposal Outline &
Responsibilities form, in line with the win strategy plan
• Works with the Manager of Strategic Partnerships to prepare a proposal schedule that includes ample
time for submittal development, red team review, production and delivery
• Coordinates the proposal and presentation effort, working with assigned resources (e.g. Graphic
Support, Technical Team - Estimating, Construction Operations, Building Systems, etc.) to procure and
organize all submittal elements
• Tailors proposal narratives, resumes and project profile write ups as needed, including accurately
proofing and editing text
• Monitors progress and reports status of all submittal elements to the Manager of Strategic Partnerships
and assigned resources on a continuous basis to ensure the timely and quality preparation of a submittal
• Coordinates Executive approvals as needed
• Maintains current pursuit data in CRM application
• Works with the pre-approved vendors during production, printing, and packaging of the
submittal to ensure a quality final product
