Job Description: Business Development – B2B Sales (BFSI)
Team: Sales Team
Experience: 8–12 Years
Age Criteria: Maximum 45 Years
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Role Overview
We are hiring a senior B2B Sales professional with strong experience in Banking, NBFC, or BFSI-focused solution sales. This role involves driving new business for analytics-led research, consulting, and risk solutions across BFSI and allied sectors.
Important Note:
- This is a pure B2B sales role
- B2C sales profiles will be rejected
- Candidates with experience in Housing Finance, Auto Loans, or Credit/Debit Card sales will NOT be considered
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business through prospecting, qualification, pitching, and closures
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through inbound and outbound leads
- Sell analytics-driven solutions including:
- Bespoke research (macro, industry, sector, thematic)
- Consulting and advisory assignments
- Pre & post IPO mandates
- Techno-Economic Viability (TEV)
- Credit assessment, enterprise & brand grading
- Risk modeling solutions
- Manage and convert incoming leads and self-generated opportunities
- Develop long-term relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Corporates, Merchant Banks, FinTechs, Wealth Managers, CAs/CS
- Attend industry forums, conferences, and networking events
- Coordinate with the Finance team for contracts, billing, and recovery of dues
- Identify new segments and support business expansion initiatives

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience
- Postgraduate degree in Finance or Marketing
- 8–12 years of B2B sales experience in:
- Banking
- NBFCs
- Credit Rating Agencies
- Research, Analytics, or Consulting firms
- Proven experience in selling bespoke research, analytics, or consulting solutions
- Strong client-facing exposure and senior stakeholder interaction
- Ability to deliver client presentations and business follow-ups
Preferred Background
- Experience in selling Bespoke Research, TEV, Due Diligence, or Credit Solutions
- Exposure to analytics, advisory, or credit rating organizations
