Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle professional client communication via emails, calls, and virtual/in-person meetings.
- Schedule and follow up on client meetings, ensuring timely reminders and coordination.
- Maintain strong follow-up processes with potential and existing clients.
- Assist in closing deals and onboarding new clients.
- Register and maintain company profiles on various government and private RFP portals.
- Use different AI tools effectively for document preparation, data handling, communication, and follow-ups.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks including form filling, documentation, and email communication.
- Complete the documentation and submission of proposals for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and RFAs.
- Continuously learn new tools and processes and adapt to changing requirements.
- Be open to taking on new challenges and growing in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
Requirements:
- MBA Degree in any stream.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Confident personality, especially in client interactions
- Ability to work independently with self-motivation and under pressure
- Familiarity with or eagerness to learn AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Grammarly, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Fast learner with a growth mindset and positive attitude
