Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle professional client communication via emails, calls, and virtual/in-person meetings.
  • Schedule and follow up on client meetings, ensuring timely reminders and coordination.
  • Maintain strong follow-up processes with potential and existing clients.
  • Assist in closing deals and onboarding new clients.
  • Register and maintain company profiles on various government and private RFP portals.
  • Use different AI tools effectively for document preparation, data handling, communication, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks including form filling, documentation, and email communication.
  • Complete the documentation and submission of proposals for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and RFAs.
  • Continuously learn new tools and processes and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Be open to taking on new challenges and growing in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Requirements:

  • MBA Degree in any stream.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Confident personality, especially in client interactions
  • Ability to work independently with self-motivation and under pressure
  • Familiarity with or eagerness to learn AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Grammarly, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Fast learner with a growth mindset and positive attitude
