Job Description

Role OverviewWe are looking for high-performing BDEs with experience in EdTech sales , particularly in selling online degrees/diplomas. You will be the face of our premium program and play a key role in converting leads into learners.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with pre-qualified leads generated through digital campaigns.
  • Counsel potential learners on program benefits, curriculum, outcomes, and admission processes.
  • Coordinate with academic counselors or field sales for closures.
  • Log all conversations accurately in CRM tools .
  • Drive enrollment for a prestigious PG Diploma in Healthcare Management from a top Indian institute.
  • Key Skills RequiredExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong background in B2C Sales , preferably in EdTech.
  • Experience in counselling or converting leads into paid learners.
  • Highly target-oriented , self-driven, and persuasive.
  • Exposure to CRM tools and strong lead follow-up discipline.
  • Preferred BackgroundWorked at EdTech firms like UNXT, College Vidya, Leverage Edu, USDC, Univo , etc.
  • Previous titles: BDE, Academic Counselor, Sales Executive, Admission Advisor.
