Job Description
Role OverviewWe are looking for high-performing BDEs with experience in EdTech sales , particularly in selling online degrees/diplomas. You will be the face of our premium program and play a key role in converting leads into learners.
- Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with pre-qualified leads generated through digital campaigns.
- Counsel potential learners on program benefits, curriculum, outcomes, and admission processes.
- Coordinate with academic counselors or field sales for closures.
- Log all conversations accurately in CRM tools .
- Drive enrollment for a prestigious PG Diploma in Healthcare Management from a top Indian institute.
- Key Skills RequiredExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong background in B2C Sales , preferably in EdTech.
- Experience in counselling or converting leads into paid learners.
- Highly target-oriented , self-driven, and persuasive.
- Exposure to CRM tools and strong lead follow-up discipline.
- Preferred BackgroundWorked at EdTech firms like UNXT, College Vidya, Leverage Edu, USDC, Univo , etc.
- Previous titles: BDE, Academic Counselor, Sales Executive, Admission Advisor.
