Role & responsibilities

• Investment appraisal & Financial bid submission having strong analytical skills including Financial Modelling, Valuation (DCF, Relative Valuation) etc.
• Ability to lead commercial and financial due diligence of M&A/PE and Structured Debt/ Mezzanine transactions.
• Ability to in-depth examine target entities financials, financing documents, project concession agreements etc.
• Preparation of investment and financing documents including stakeholders presentations, Information Memo.
• Assistance in execution of binding agreements, negotiations/ deal closure.

Preferred candidate profile

Analyze and execute investment opportunities by evaluating financial models, conducting due diligence, and preparing key financial documents. The role ensures effective risk management, stakeholder alignment and successful deal closure.
