Job Description
We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our client's team through Acme Services. This pivotal role is responsible for expanding our client's network by on-boarding new dealers/sub-dealers and driving B2B sales. The ideal candidate will excel at building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring product utilization, acting as a brand ambassador, and consistently meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Dealer Network Expansion: Actively on-board new dealers/sub-dealers to expand the company's distribution and sales network.
- B2B Sales Execution: Drive B2B sales efforts by engaging with both new and existing dealers to promote products and services.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with dealers through consistent personal contact, including telephone calls and meetings.
- Product & Service Adoption: Ensure dealers are effectively using all products and services, including both application (App) and web-based platforms, to maximize engagement and sales.
- Brand Ambassadorship & Support: Act as a dedicated brand ambassador for the company, providing comprehensive support to dealers. This includes assisting with quotations, ongoing offers/discounts, payment collection, ledger management, and warranty claim support.
- Goal Attainment: Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals set by the company, contributing directly to overall sales objectives.
Skills
- Proven ability to on-board new dealers/sub-dealers.
- Strong experience in B2B sales to new or existing clients.
- Excellent relationship-building skills for maintaining and developing good relationships with dealers.
- Capability to ensure dealers are using all products and services (App and Web).
- Aptitude for acting as a brand ambassador and providing comprehensive dealer support (quotations, offers, payment collection, ledgers, warranty claims).
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting daily/weekly/monthly goals.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in business development or sales, preferably within a B2B context.
- Proven ability to manage and grow a dealer/partner network.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities including sales, support, and relationship management.
