Job Description
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify target markets, potential clients, and sales opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and approach potential clients to promote Zerozilla Infotech s products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Zerozilla s offerings.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial.
- Specifically target clients in India, Dubai, and the USA for business development.
- Product Knowledge and Expertise:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and products offered by Zerozilla Infotech.
- Provide clients with accurate and detailed information about product features, benefits, and usage.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and performance against targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Team Collaboration and Development:
- Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and develop effective sales strategies.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Provide feedback and support to junior sales team members.
- Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in IT staffing and project acquisition.
- Knowledge of the Indian, Dubai, and USA markets.
- Willingness to travel within the Mumbai region.
