About the Role: We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level data Analyst to support our SOW Intake Tool and related operations. This is suited for someone in their early data or operations career who is eager to gain practical experience in digital workflow tools, business process and reporting. You will assist in managing and optimizing the intake process for Statements of Work, ensuring data accuracy and timely routing.

About the Role: We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level data Analyst to support our SOW Intake Tool and related operations. This is suited for someone in their early data or operations career who is eager to gain practical experience in digital workflow tools, business process and reporting. You will assist in managing and optimizing the intake process for Statements of Work, ensuring data accuracy and timely routing.
Job Title: Data Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end SOW intake process by doing manual request submission into the SOW intake tool, validating submission and routing requests.
- Perform daily checks and reconciliation on SOW intake tool to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Generate periodic reports and dashboards to track intake volumes, workflow status etc.
- Identify data issues or bottlenecks and escalated appropriately to relevant teams.
- Understand basic third-party vendor management concepts such as onboarding, risk approvals and contract lifecycle checkpoints.
- Assist in compiling reports and stakeholder update on intake performance and trends.
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in a Financial Services environment, or equivalent.
- Hands-on with Advanced Excel, MIS reporting and Data visualization tools like PoBI, Tableau.
- Willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and basic data analysis
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
