Business Associate - Telecaller

We are seeking a Business Associate & Telecaller to support business growth by handling customer interactions, generating leads, and assisting the sales team. The role involves making outbound calls, following up with clients, and supporting business development initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain products or services
• Respond to customer queries and provide necessary information
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience and build relationships
• Maintain and update customer databases accurately
• Assist in business development and market research activities
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, Hindi, or regional languages
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively with customers
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is a plus
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but not mandatory
