Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports to support business operations.
Utilize SQL and other tools to extract, clean, and manipulate data from various sources.
Business Insights & Recommendations:
Provide data-driven insights to inform business strategies and decision-making.
Assist in the development of dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
Process Improvement & Optimization:
Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis.
Support the implementation of automation and optimization initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of changes and improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with operations, IT, and other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Participate in Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning and execution.
Assist in the development and testing of new analytics tools and methodologies.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in data analytics or business intelligence are a plus.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is advantageous.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira) is beneficial.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
