Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements & Process Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for settlement system consolidation and migration. Translate into functional specifications and process workflows aligned with technology and operational needs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with operations, technology teams, and senior executives to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements and smooth solution delivery.
  • Settlement Lifecycle Optimization: Analyze end-to-end settlement processes including trade capture, reconciliation, clearing, settlement, and exception handling to reduce inefficiencies and improve STP rates.
  • Testing & Validation: Ensure quality and accuracy of solution implementations through thorough testing and validation.
  • Project & Program Management: Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics. Track progress, identify risks, and report to leadership. Facilitate governance routines including steering committees.
  • Business & Stakeholder Management: Build trusted advisor relationships, anticipate needs, and support decision-making. Provide executive-level reporting and insights using visualization tools.
  • Tools & Methodologies: Utilize Agile project methodologies, PMO frameworks, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Power BI, and data visualization best practices.
