Roles & Responsibilities – Vitech V3locity Solution Analyst

• Serve as a Solution Analyst in at least two Vitech V3locity implementations
• Responsible for System, Product, and Plan setup within the V3locity platform
• Possess strong knowledge across all functional and enterprise modules of V3locity
• Apply deep domain expertise in Group Benefits and Group Life Insurance
• Perform requirement analysis and prepare comprehensive requirement documentation
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to clarify and resolve requirements
• Define high-level test scenarios based on requirements to support testing and validation
• Conduct impact analysis for defects or changes in requirement specifications
• Work hands-on with Jira for tracking and managing user stories and tasks
• Break down complex requirements into detailed user stories for agile development

Good to Have

• Experience with Life Insurance product implementations
• LOMA certification
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries to investigate data issues in a database
