Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Supplier Inspection Management
In this role, supporting clients with purchase requisition creation, Purchase order amendment & management, validation of inspection notifications, scheduling inspectors, managing the inspections.

Responsibilities

  • Raise initial Placeholder Purchase Orders for each month ahead of time.

  • Reviewing and seeking approvals for monthly IMR.

  • Managing and amending the purchase order to correspond with the actual volumes approved in the IMR.

  • Review of notification forms received from vendors according to checklist.

  • Should work with vendor/QE for project and notification details to perform the inspection.

  • Review of Inspection Test Plan & technical customer documents to validate Notification of Inspection.

  • Review of Technical documents, Vendor supplied documents, SDL (supplier document list), Bill of Materials (BOM) etc.,

  • Work with External service providers based on the inspection requirement.

  • Work with internal stakeholders for Non-Conformance & other inspection relevant queries.

  • Updating existing NOI's with revisions if requested by supplier and ensure inspector schedule is confirmed.

  • Receipt creation and perform booking for the shipment parts.

Minimum Qualifications

  • B. Tech or B.E. Graduate (Preferably Mechanical).

  • Good years of experience in Procurement & Inspection management functions.

  • Must have knowledge of manufacturing process methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Should be able to read and understand part drawings.

  • Working experience in tools like Oracle/SAP would be an added advantage.

  • Experience in manufacturing, production, and schedule management.

  • Ability to operate with global suppliers and team members.
