which includes and is not limited to Order entry and management, Procurement, Report preparations, and co-ordination with various other departments.
Responsibilities

- Service Parts Recognition (MX)
- Identify and manage service parts requirements.
- Process RFQs and Customer Requests
- Handle RFQ requests from customers.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with packaging standards.
- Quotation Follow-Up
- Follow up on NNA quotations and ensure timely responses.
- PCN Generation and Approvals
- Generate PCNs and follow up on approval processes.
- BIDs Upload into GTOP
- Upload BIDs into the GTOP system.
- Analysis and Updates
- Conduct N=1 analysis and update part number quotations.
- Perform MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) analysis.
- Engineering Change Requests
- Track and manage engineering change requests.
- Customer Service Follow-Up
- Follow up with customers
- Sales File Updates
- Update sales files on a monthly basis.
- RFQ Requests and Price Consulting
- Handle RFQ requests, price submissions, and provide price consulting .
- Price Discrepancies Review
- Conduct weekly reviews of price discrepancies.
- Spare Parts List Updates
- Update the spare parts list regularly.
- Retroactivity for Service
- Manage retroactivity processes for service parts.
- Intercompany PCN Management

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
.MSC ,MBA
.Good Analytical Skills & Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Preferably experience in any administrative role in manufacturing industry.
.Preferred knowledge of any ERP tool (knowledge in Order entry and pricing module will be an added advantage).
.Should be a fast learner and good at root cause analysis.
.Good academic record history.
.Previous experience in a customer service role chat/email with neutral English accent.
.Must be able to work on flexible schedules.
.Strong attention to detail.
.Industrial experience will be an added advantage (preferably any manufacturing industry).
