• Experience with treaty management systems

• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in reinsurance
• Effective communication and collaboration across global teams
• Background in insurance or actuarial science is often preferred
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strategic mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to influence and lead crossfunctional teams
• Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
