Business Analyst (Product) Lead

 Job Description

 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst

 Proven (hands-on) industry experience in Securities Processing, TAX reporting preferably in a

techno-functional role.

 Experience on Fixed Income/Equities/Cost Basis/Book Keeping/Dividend Processing. Knowledge

of Security Reference Data.

 Understanding of general US IRS TAX reporting practices.

 Proven experience of having worked with teams across functions

(Development/Business/Analysis/QA) and geographies.

 Experience in dealing with clients/partners on a verbal and written basis.

 Understanding of Back-office processing – including cost basis, corporate actions, income,

withholding, name and address – BPS and BETA experience a plus

 Understanding of Tax – Income reclass, form production, Delta file processing – significant

experience and understanding of daily delta processing for back office files

 Willingness to work in rotational shifts on the need basis.

 Excellent communication and written skill.
