Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Procurement
In this role, you need to drive strategic procurement initiatives by managing complex categories, optimizing costs, and delivering actionable insights through advanced analytics. Partner with stakeholders to enhance supplier performance and support critical business decisions.
Responsibilities
Analyze spend patterns to uncover cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
Manage medium-to-large procurement categories with strategic oversight.
Conduct supplier evaluations and maintain performance scorecards.
Lead end-to-end RFQ/RFP processes, ensuring competitive and compliant sourcing.
Support contract development, including pricing terms and SLAs.
Perform market analysis and benchmarking to inform sourcing strategies.
Design and maintain procurement dashboards for leadership visibility.
Own procurement MIS, spend analytics, and supplier intelligence reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for analytics and visualization.
Strong understanding of ERP procurement modules.
Knowledge of contract terms, commercial laws, and compliance frameworks.
Expertise in vendor evaluation methodologies
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Preferred certifications: CIPS, CSCP, CLM, or SCM.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on value creation.
Clear and concise communication, including professional documentation.
