Business Analyst, Level 5, Finance Operations, Global Accounts Receivable

Key job responsibilities

• Drive the execution of all processes in the tool convergence lifecycle, including discovery, planning, requirements and roadmap development, onboarding and change management
• Write comprehensive Business Requirement Documents that support the development on the application
• Support migration of channels from legacy tools to new tools ensuring thorough UAT and PVT
• Work with the cross-functional teams to manage prioritization, execution and monitoring of project activities
• Create a change management strategy and plan to support the adoption of key changes required through change execution and transition periods
• Partner with the Service Centers and the Product Managers on key productivity metrics, analyzing data and developing strategies/proposals that impact the customer experience
• Influence business, operational and technical teams to ensure that best practices are followed and implemented
• Partner with the reporting team to define metrics, create reporting mock-ups, write requirements, support data availability and track reporting delivery

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 4+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
• 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
• 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
• 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience
• Six Sigma Black Belt
• Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
• Experience as a lean sensei, or experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• MBA, or CPA
• Knowledge of Tableau
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
