Business Analyst – DuckCreek DMS

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in DuckCreek DMS . The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, translating business needs into functional specifications and ensuring the efficient delivery of projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements specifically related to DuckCreek DMS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional specifications.
• Work closely with development and QA (Quality Assurance) teams to ensure requirement clarity and successful delivery.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements for process efficiency and cost optimization.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to validate requirements.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Skills Required

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with DuckCreek DMS.
• Strong knowledge of insurance industry processes and workflows.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven stakeholder management and requirement gathering expertise.
