Collaborate with Product Owners and Business SMEs to strategize, plan, and gather requirements for Duck Creek Suite implementations across various lines of business and states
Develop and communicate a shared understanding of requirements with all functional BA teams, and bridge any gaps in interpretation
Review and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the requirements gathering process; propose improvements for streamlined delivery

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other project planning activities
Identify and collaborate closely with Release BA Leads to ensure alignment and timely delivery
Triage bugs and defects with the project team and ensure timely resolution through functional BA collaboration
Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, and alternatives for process enhancement
Coordinate and/or participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts

Proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of Duck Creek products, particularly in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, with a focus on Commercial and Personal Lines
Strong project management capabilities and stakeholder coordination experience
Deep understanding of business processes, with strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Logical, efficient, with strong attention to detail and the ability to explain technical ideas in user-friendly language
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of performing under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong customer service orientation

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of Business Analysis experience,
