Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Creative Leader, you will be responsible for leading the creative development and execution of marketing campaigns for Amazon MX Player's new show slate. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the content resonates with the target audience and drives viewership.
- Creative Leadership:
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to shape campaigns and bring the Amazon MX Player brand to life.
- Develop and oversee the execution of creative concepts for the marketing of upcoming shows, focusing on breaking through the clutter and building strong viewer interest.
- Brand Development:
- Shape and evolve the Amazon MX Player brand, ensuring it resonates with the growing and diverse user base in India.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistency in messaging and creative execution across different channels.
- Campaign Strategy:
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design and execute high-impact campaigns that will resonate with users and boost viewership.
- Analyze audience behaviour, TV/video viewership patterns, and user data to develop strategies that attract and retain viewers.
- Metrics & Insights:
- Leverage data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Use insights from viewership patterns and audience feedback to continuously optimize creative strategies.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Communication:
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external agencies, to align on creative vision and execution.
- Effectively communicate creative concepts and results to senior leadership.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role, with a focus on driving insights and influencing business decisions.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Quicksight, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with SQL to extract and manipulate data.
- Experience with business recommendations, utilizing data to influence key stakeholders and decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expert-level knowledge of SQL and strong analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling and analytical thinking.
- Experience in digital media and entertainment marketing would be an added advantage.
