Business Analyst
Job Description
• Develop test scenarios, perform quality assurance tests, and ensure systems respond effectively.
• Monitor test schedules, post-implementation follow-ups, and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize patches or fixes.
• Identify risks impacting deliverable quality, provide feedback, and recommend corrective actions.
• Participate in planning, organizing, and tracking project deliveries to ensure QA, implementation, and testing deadlines are met.
• Review business requirements and system specifications, including Health & Welfare plan configuration, web setup, data conversion, payroll interface, carrier feeds, and premium billing.
• Execute system configuration through parameters and develop/review test plans and expected results.
• Document system functionality and test results; attend team and client meetings to communicate project progress.
