Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit business and system requirements through stakeholder discussions and analysis
• Analyze and translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical requirements
• Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and traceability
• Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders to understand expectations and clarify requirements
• Clearly explain requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to development teams
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including BRD, FSD, user manuals, and process flows
• Support development and testing teams by clarifying requirements and addressing gaps
• Use visualization and design tools to represent workflows, use cases, and system behavior
• Create reports and insights using Power BI to support business decision-making
