Business Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, and obtain sign-off for new requirements from bank stakeholders.
• Create and maintain Functional Specification Documents (FSD) for development and testing teams.
• Collaborate with bank business teams and development teams to clarify requirements.
• Support development and testing teams by addressing functional queries.
• Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for any business requirement or query from the bank.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail Banking products & processes (CASA, Loans, Term Deposits, Payments, General Ledger, etc.).
• Understand core banking systems and peripheral systems to ensure accurate requirements translation.
