Business Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Conduct primary and secondary research in real estate and financial industry to support strategy execution.
2. Ongoing market, customer, and industry analysis to support strategy formulation and partnership development.
3. Provide strong and timely financial and business analytic decision support to business partners and various organizational stakeholders
4. Support in building and maintaining meaningful relationships across different functions and levels in the organization.
5. Support executive-level reports and representations based on internal company metrics and external market research.
6. Support building financial and business partnerships in the housing finance domain.
7. Develop robust financial models.
8. Organized approach with attention to details, problem solving and effective communication & coordination with all stakeholder

Key Skills / Requirements

1. Masters degree from a tier 1 / premier college only
2. Minimum 1 year work experience
3. Experience in start-up/ research/strategy/ consulting with exposure and knowledge of Banks/NBFCs
4. Advanced analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating

6. Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
