Job Description

Role Overview

  • Participate in re-engineering business operations to improve business results using business and technical knowledge.
  • Evaluate business or system requirements, analyze and document business problems of moderate complexity.
  • Perform user acceptance testing to approve new system behaviors.
  • Coordinate system upgrades and rollouts of moderate scope.
  • Liaise with management to collect, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end requirements for new and existing products.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, colleagues, and key stakeholders throughout the system development life cycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate and influence solution development and ongoing support.
  • Undertake business requirements investigation, analysis, and solution design aligned with assigned initiatives.
  • Lead articulation of business needs and facilitate business and system solutions.
  • Analyze business processes, existing systems, and requirements; develop functional specifications and perform gap analysis.
  • Identify and resolve problems to provide continuous support to business operations.
  • Compile and validate system requirements and process documentation to ensure feasibility and traceability.

Qualifications
