Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop detailed business requirements documentation and functional specifications.
• Create process maps and workflows to visualize business processes.
• Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and track progress.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate training sessions for end-users.
• Prepare and present reports and dashboards to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
