Technical certifications demonstrable experience in Business Analysis / Process Management
Track record of successful process or business improvement work ideally in the telecoms area (can be operational optimizations in a Team-leader or Managers Role)
Ability to use standard techniques to investigate, analyse and document requirements
Ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies
Attention to detail, ability to deep dive and get hands dirty
Detailed knowledge of Telecommunications Services (not mobile) and the infrastructure needed to deliver these
Good knowledge of BSS / OSS Systems and Solutions (Service Activation, Network Discovery & Reconciliation, Inventory, Service Assurance)
Proven analytical skills
Good presentation skills
Good Communication skills
Ability able to create end to end traceability and review test cases, HLD and processes

Experience

Operational experience in delivering telecommunication services
Telecom/IT sector
Experience in projects Tools- Azure Devops , Process modelling tools
Experience in Business analysis and process authoring tools e.g- Nimbus, Visio etc.

BA Lead

Provide functional leadership for a team of Analysts for the overall BA team working on TSAExit Delivery Foundations
Provide oversight of supplier BA resources to ensure the quality and consistency of BA deliverables in support of the TSAExit Delivery Foundations
Challenging the business users to elicit missing process stages/requirements gaps by calling on the BAs knowledge of telco OSS environments to help users enrich the requirements definitions and minimise the occurrence of requirement discovery during testing.
Requirements capture and analysis with an agile approach in Azure Devops. Ensure these are appropriately structured, documented and managed via the agreed requirements management framework.
Maintaining such changes in the requirements baseline documentation in Azure DevOps in order to ensure; related Testing is also developed, Requirement Traceability is maintained, the impact of such changes on the Benefits Realisation Plan are assessed all of which must be done for a requirement to become part of the requirements baseline.
Ensure quality output of the analyst team by defining a quality standard together with the project leads
Mandatory skills
