Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions align with requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Create process maps, user stories, wireframes, and mockups as needed.
• Support project planning, scope management, and change control processes.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather feedback and validate requirements.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation support.
• Maintain documentation for business processes, requirements, and project deliverables.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and systems analysis.
• Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, MS Excel, or Lucidchart.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

Desirable Skills and Certifications:

• Certification(s) such as:
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
• PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
• CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
• Experience in domains such as finance, healthcare, retail, or technology.
• Familiarity with data analytics, SQL, or BI tools is a plus.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
