Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis on Life Asia projects, including gathering requirements, defining project scope, and developing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop technical specifications for software applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation of project plans, progress reports, and issue logs.
• Provide support during testing phases by reviewing test cases and providing feedback on defects found during testing.
• Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings and status updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of experience in Business Analysis or related field (FRD).
• Strong understanding of Insurance domain knowledge (Life Asia) or Group Asia/AS400/Brd systems.
• Experience working with Ingenium tools is an added advantage.
