Position Purpose

This position is for a Senior Business Analyst for IT systems within Payments and Cash Management for the BNPP Group. This role involves comprehensive functional analysis and testing, including the execution of functional and regression tests.

You will be working on Platform MX, a new Reporting platform tool for BNP Paribas, which aims to integrate and translate different reporting formats according to client needs. This platform utilizes the latest technologies, including Kubernetes, BDD, Cloud, and Java.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities:

• Write Functional Specifications based on Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Ability to plan, design, and execute test cases during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Non-Regression Testing (NRT) phases.
• Provide Functional Support at L3 Level in production environments.
• Communicate effectively with both IT teams and Operations teams.
• Possess strong experience in Functional Specification Analysis.
• Work in close coordination with the functional test team to analyze test cases thoroughly, ensuring adequate coverage of requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Development and Testing teams to resolve technical and business issues, developing a strong understanding of project and functional objectives.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be flexible, independent, and proactive.
• Perform other testing-related duties as required.

IT Skills & Behavioral Competencies

Skills Required (At least a few from the below on Business Analysis):

• Deep knowledge of the Payments and Cash Management domain, including reporting formats like MT9xx, camt.052, camt.053, camt.054 (required).
• Customer-oriented mindset (required).
• Proficient in analytical skills (required).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (required).
• Knowledge of BDD/TDD approach (required).
• Experience in test feature writing for Cucumber (required).
• Skillful in XML/XSD and SQL language (required).
• Experienced user of ALM/QC, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint.
• Experience in working in an Agile environment.
