Role Expectations

• Work with cross-functional teams to gather business needs and build data models and analytical solutions.
• Act as the main liaison for business teams to understand and solve their data needs.
• Design, build, and manage ETL pipelines for smooth data flow.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data.
• Use Python (Pandas, NumPy) for automating data workflows and performing EDA.
• Work with AWS tools like S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda for data storage and processing.
• Create dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Metabase.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover business insights and growth opportunities.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and security.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics or BI roles.
• Strong in SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Hands-on experience with ETL development and AWS data tools.
• Familiar with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
