Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new markets, customer requirements, and business trends
- Arrange and participate in meetings with prospective clients to gather requirements and present solutions
- Collaborate closely with sales and presales teams to tailor offerings that meet client objectives
- Promote the company s products/services by understanding client challenges and aligning solutions accordingly
- Maintain detailed records of sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, invoices, and project documentation
- Provide reliable and insightful feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement
- Offer post-sales support by ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
- Mentor and guide entry-level analysts or junior staff to enhance team capabilities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Presales Consultant, or in a related role with at least 6 years of experience
- Strong exposure to presales activities including proposal writing, requirement gathering, and solution demos
- Proven track record of supporting sales and business development functions
- Experience in customer-facing roles and handling client interactions effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong command over English with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
- MBA preferred
