Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new markets, customer requirements, and business trends
  • Arrange and participate in meetings with prospective clients to gather requirements and present solutions
  • Collaborate closely with sales and presales teams to tailor offerings that meet client objectives
  • Promote the company s products/services by understanding client challenges and aligning solutions accordingly
  • Maintain detailed records of sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, invoices, and project documentation
  • Provide reliable and insightful feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement
  • Offer post-sales support by ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Mentor and guide entry-level analysts or junior staff to enhance team capabilities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Presales Consultant, or in a related role with at least 6 years of experience
  • Strong exposure to presales activities including proposal writing, requirement gathering, and solution demos
  • Proven track record of supporting sales and business development functions
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and handling client interactions effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong command over English with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with stakeholders, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
  • MBA preferred
