Job Description

Requirement Gathering & Client Engagement

  • Introduce existing product solutions to clients and clearly communicate product capabilities.
  • Gather and document client expectations in detail.
  • Assist in mapping client requirements to existing product functionalities.
  • Identify gaps and prepare customization inputs to meet specific client needs.

Requirement Analysis, Validation & Implementation

  • Collaborate closely with the development team to assess the feasibility of implementing client-specific customizations.
  • Prepare detailed functional specification documents and facilitate reviews with stakeholders.
  • Manage documentation and obtain formal client sign-off on finalized requirements.
  • Conduct internal project kickoff meetings involving all stakeholders to define project scope and communicate timelines.

Knowledge Transfer & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Clearly communicate and elaborate project scope and requirements to the development team.
  • Share project scope with testing and documentation teams to align efforts.

Product Validation

  • Review UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cases developed by the internal product validation team to ensure they meet client delivery expectations.
  • Conduct sanity testing of client-specific releases using relevant test cases.
  • Ensure there is no scope gap between requirements and final deliverables.

Product Training

  • Review training materials prepared by the documentation team.
  • Conduct training sessions for client stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and understanding of the product.

UAT Support & Sign-off

  • Assist clients during UAT execution.
  • Support the Program Management team in obtaining formal project sign-off from clients.

RFP Compliance & Business Development Support

  • Collaborate with the Business Development team during RFP processes.
  • Assist with compliance checks, submission of proposals, and product demonstrations.

Product Roadmap Collaboration

  • Actively engage with the Product Management team to contribute insights and help shape the product roadmap based on market and client needs.

Technical & Functional Skills Required

  • Deep understanding of Mobile Money systems, developments, and terminology globally.
  • Awareness of the latest industry trends and technologies in the Mobile Money domain.
  • Prior experience in Business or Systems Analysis.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Graduate or Post-Graduate qualification.
