Business Analyst

This role will serve as a consultant and advisor to improve complex global business processes and services. The ideal candidate will lead business analysis efforts on strategic initiatives, delivering solutions to transform business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with global stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven process improvements.
• Author business requirements and facilitate process review sessions.
• Ensure alignment and traceability between user needs, specifications, and validation.
• Work with product squads to deliver sprint milestones and functional deliverables.
• Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure proper documentation and implementation.
• Participate in sprint demos and manage feedback and gap documentation.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's in Engineering or Pharmaceutical discipline; MBA/MS/Agile certifications are a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, preferably in multinational environments.
• Strong background in SDLC, validation, compliance, and agile delivery.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, HPQC, BPMN, etc.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
