Job Description
- Requirement Gathering.
- Introduce existing product solutions to the client, gather clients expectation.
- Assist in mapping client expectation to the existing functionalities available in product.
- Prepare customization inputs required to meet client expectation.
- Requirement Analysis, Validation and Implementation.
- Collaborate with development team for discussing the feasibility of implementing client specific customization in the product. Prepare various functional documents and facilitate review of the same by various stakeholders, closure with client sign off.
- Have internal kick off for implementation with all stakeholders in order to clarify and define the project scope; apprise them of timelines that have been communicated to client.
- Knowledge Transfer .
- Clarify and elaborate the scope of work to Development team.
- Project scope sharing with testing team, documentation team.
- Product Validation.
- Review UAT cases provided by internal product validation team for client delivery.
- Perform sanity testing of client releases by running various test cases from UAP on the same.
- Validate that there is no gap in terms of scope and final client delivery.
- Product Training:
- Review training material provided by documentation .
- Provide training to various stakeholders from client
- UAT Sign off:
- Assist client in performing UAT.
- Assist Program Management team to get sign off on the project
- RFP Compliance
- Participate and assist BD team for RFP compliance, submissions and product demos.
- Product Roadmap
- Proactively engage with Product Management team to envision product roadmap
- Technical/Functional Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Mobile Money developments across the globe along with terminologies.
- Awareness of latest industry trends prevalent in the domain of Mobile Money systems.
- Prior experience in Business / Systems Analysis
