Key Responsibilities and Tasks

A media SME with consulting mindset to discuss and manage customer requirements, analyse information from existing systems, program and prepare key documentations.

Manage stakeholders and anchor business discussion, conduct business workshops and requirements elicitation.

Anchor the Scrum calls, track backlogs and prioritize, based on the criticality.

Drive analysis with business by documenting current and future state processes.

Interact with business users, product owners and project managers to understand business requirements and processes.

Manage regression test cycles, functional testing and create relevant documentation.

Maintain JIRA for Sprint dashboards and regular updates.

Maintain Confluence repository
