6-9 Experience in Capital Markets - Back Office Functions and Post Trade Processing with demonstrable deep understanding of the core concepts

5+ Direct experience of working within product management area as a Business Analyst/Product Owner with a specific focus on trade settlements. Knowledge of multiple asset-classes in Capital Markets. A deep knowledge of securities (Equities & Fixed Income) is essential, experience of FX, Money Markets, ETD & OTC Derivatives would be an added advantage.

Client facing role with hands-on experience in driving product development lifecycle, delivering the products and features with high-quality and well within the stipulated timeframe. Aptitude in fostering a culture of innovation continuous improvement within the product team and across the Organization.

Well exposed in Agile environment with hands on experience in all Agile ceremonies, processes, and industry practices. Clear and deep understanding on the refinement and capture of detailed requirements along with the effort estimation.

Experience in carrying out market research, competitor analysis to identify market trends and new product opportunities. Well updated with regulatory changes and market trends in the industry to keep up with the product strategy and ensure compliance.

Problem solving and good critical thinking skills based upon fact and business/industry knowledge. Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills and good Presentation Skills are essential.

Well exposed to Jira, Confluence, and other tools as appropriate.

Bachelor's degree in engineering with MBA is desirable.
