Business Analyst

Here we need in Strong Experience as a Business Analyst with in depth knowledge of below

• Card issuance setup,
• Transaction processing,
• Authentication, clearing,
• Settlement and tokenization
• Disputes and chargebacks.
• familiar with agile
• Inside out knowledge in Credit/Debit/Prepaid card issuing and tokenization along with token resolution methodologies
• Understanding internals of customer authentication, transaction authorization, clearing, settlement and recon in conjunction with Card schemes
• Good knowledge on billing and statements.
• Reasonable knowledge on Disputes, Chargebacks and Frauds
• Knowledge of agile beyond writing user stories.
• Should be a passionate worker (taking ownership of tasks assigned)
• Ideal candidate would be those who hands on configured issuing applications like FIS, TSYS, Tieto, HPS, Vision Plus for their clients. The most ideal person is someone who has developed an issuing application as a part of a wider team but not necessary. Optis is a competing application to the ones I mentioned here. In addition, some MF knowledge is useful but not mandatory.
