Business Analyst

In This Role, You Will

• Work with Agile Team to create and clearly communicate requirements outlined in User Story and Acceptance Criteria for MSP product.
• Conducts data mapping and analysis, translating regulatory requirements into the ICE services.
• Serve as an integral participant in the business process redesign and documentation for new or changing technology.

Required Capabilities And Skills

Essential skills:

• Experience with and strong understanding of Mortgage or Finance or Banking Domain.
• Prior experience or knowledge about verifying the batch reports and CICS screens in mainframes system is preferred.
• Prior experience or knowledge of US Mortgage Investor functionality is preferred.
• Should be able to write functional specification document based on requirements with expected changes in the current system.
• Should be able to test the functionality to validate the modified requirements are as expected.
• Proficiency in defining User Story acceptance criteria using GWT format (Behavior-Driven Development) for MSP Product.

Good to have skills:

• Azure DevOps knowledge is preferred.
• SAFe or Agile certification is preferred.
• Experience in SoapUI is highly preferred.
• Some knowledge on Microservices and APIs is a plus.
• Experience in prototyping/UML tools like Visio, Balasmiq etc.

EXPERIENCE

• 8+ years' experience in IT industry with at least 5 years as Business Analyst, preferably in Mortgage, Finance or Banking domain.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION 

• A bachelor's degree, MBA or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
