Business Analysis

Functional/Technical:

• Strong knowledge of listed derivative products lifecycle

• Strong knowledge of BO Processes (booking, settlements, accounting)

• Strong knowledge of market actors and processes (clearing broker, executing broker, clearing house, market, regulation authorities)

• Knowledge of financial flows, including specificities of listed derivatives (Initial Margin, Mark to Market)

• Sound knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Lean/Kanban would be a plus)

• Involvement in process improvement

• Basic SQL (simple queries, joins)

Behavioral:

• Good Communication skills

• Must be able to work closely with end users and developers.

• Must be able to work under stress

• Willing to share functional knowledge and skills

• Willing to work in flexible timing.

• Whilst able to work independently, should be a true team player
