Business Agility Practitioner

Summary:

As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will provide advisory services focused on business agility and technology innovation. You will collaborate with teams to facilitate organizational transformation, helping clients adapt and excel in competitive environments. Your role includes identifying improvement opportunities and implementing strategies to foster continuous learning and adaptation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business agility and Oracle HCM Cloud Taleo Onboarding.
• Collaborate with and manage teams to achieve performance goals.
• Take responsibility for team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
• Provide effective solutions for problems within your immediate team and beyond.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build agile capabilities within teams.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make adjustments as needed for optimal results.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Taleo Onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience in change management and organizational development.
• Ability to analyze business processes and identify improvement areas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse teams.

Additional Information:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Taleo Onboarding.
• Position based in Chennai.
• Requires 15 years of full-time education.
