Job Description

This position has to support SI Sales Southern Regional business in the areas of

Offer stage support (Evaluating terms and conditions, Participate in commercial discussions, LoA,, aligning with legal etc)

Order execution stage commercial support including arranging Bank Guarantee, issuing Proforma invoice / LC request (wherever appropriate), invoice forwarding / documentation as per customer PO conditions

Should have good knowledge in contract management for project / product business.

Receivables management periodical review of receivables, detailed collection planning, knowledge on LC documentation, achieving the planned collections

Co-ordinate with Project Managers /Commercial Project managers on milestones / receivable topics.

Visit customers relating to Receivable reconciliation, payment followup

MIS support preparing detailed liquidation plan for receivables / collection reviews EMD/ Bank guarantee etc & supporting to fill requirements of Auditors

Periodical review meetings to attend the periodic review meetings for Collection, Turnover, Provision review etc.

Any other activities incidental to the regional business and assigned by superiors

Requirement:

Commerce graduates with good experience in reputed companies in commercial / finance roles of > 5 years.

Should be a good team player and willing to travel

Good oral and written communication skills, good in MS office

Positive attitude to learn more things

On softer skills should be self-driven and motivated, able to take full ownership, dedicated , hardworking and passionate, ready to travel, team player

Management of various internal & external stakeholders.
