Bulk Sales - Pulses

Key Responsibilities:

Market Intelligence & Risk Management:

• Monitor market dynamics, seasonal trends, and government regulations (MSP, import/export rules).
• Recommend and implement hedging strategies to manage price volatility and logistics risks.
• Track daily market prices to identify arbitrage and trading opportunities.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess crop conditions and availability.

Trading & Sales:

• Build and maintain a supplier network including farmers, agents, commodity exchanges.
• Negotiate and finalize bulk purchase and sales deals for raw and processed pulses.
• Ensure procurement aligns with plant quality and quantity requirements.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bulk sales targets.

Coordination with Internal Teams:

• Work closely with production, quality control, and logistics teams for seamless inventory management.
• Provide timely forecasts and commercial plans to stakeholders.
