- Handle only international voice-based customer support through inbound and outbound calls.
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to products and services in Healthcare, Retail, Banking, and Tech Support sectors.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
