Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and support BT Enterprise Telephony solutions including SIP trunks, VoIP, and traditional telephony services.
  • Manage BT telephony service platforms such as BT IP Connect, BT One Voice, or similar.
  • Monitor telephony network performance, troubleshoot faults, and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Coordinate with BT service providers and internal teams for maintenance, upgrades, and incident resolution.
  • Manage user provisioning, call routing, voicemail, and call recording systems.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and incident reports.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for telephony issues and escalations.
  • Support telephony integration with contact center systems and unified communications platforms.

Key Skills Required:

  • Hands-on experience with BT Enterprise Telephony products and services
  • Knowledge of SIP trunking, VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323), and call routing
  • Familiarity with telephony hardware and software including gateways, PBXs, and session border controllers
  • Experience working with BT support teams and managing service requests
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for voice and network issues
  • Understanding of QoS, VLANs, and voice network design
  • Good documentation and communication skills
